There are many factors that go into determining the APR %. This is an expensive form of credit, therefore we encourage customers to pay off their loans as soon as possible. Your loan agreement has specific details regarding payment amounts, payment dates, rates (APR), and specific fee information. Your loan agreement is available to review and download at any time during the life of your loan by logging in to your account at members.birchlending.com.

Funds from Birch Lending are usually deposited as soon as the next business day after your loan application is approved. Weekends and bank holidays are not considered business days. The actual deposit time may depend on the processing schedule and policies of your individual bank. If your funds have not been deposited as soon as the next business day, we recommend checking your loan agreement to verify that your routing number and account numbers are correct. You may cancel your payment obligations under the Loan Agreement, without cost or finance charges, no later than 5:00pm Central Time of the second business day immediately following the disbursement Date (“Cancellation Deadline”). Your Disbursement Date is the date the loan funds were transferred to your financial institution. This may not be the same date that your bank makes the loan funds available to you, so please call us at (833) 742-4724 as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel your loan. If the cancellation deadline passes, you can still pay off your loan early without penalties and only pay the interest you’ve accrued up to your pay-off date.

Birch Lending will make an Automatic Withdraw (ACH) from your bank account. This is the quickest and easiest method of making your loan payments. Other payment methods such as debit cards, cashier’s checks, or money orders are also accepted. Your loan agreement includes a detailed payment schedule with amounts and due dates. Birch Lending strongly encourages to pay off your loan early without penalties. You will only pay the interest accrued on your loan up until your pay off date. If you wish to pay off your loan early, please call us at least three business days prior to your next scheduled payment date. Our loan process is fast and easy. Once you fill out your online loan application, we will send you an email about your approval status. Once you’ve been approved and completed verifications, we will send you transaction documents and disclosure information for your loan. Once you have read over the terms, if you agree with everything, you can electronically sign the documents. Usually, your money will be deposited within one business day. To apply for a loan, you need to be at least 18 years old, not currently involved in a bankruptcy proceeding, and be able to provide us with your contact information, income, and an active checking account.

For most customers, your funds will be deposited in your bank account as soon as the next business day after your application has been processed and approved. For loans that are processed on weekends or bank holidays, your funds will be available as soon as the next business day (weekends and bank holidays are not considered a business day). Please coordinate with your bank as additional incoming fees may be applied by your banking institution.

To help the funding process go as quickly as possible, keep an eye out for your confirmation emails as they may contain important information about the status of your loan. Check your spam folder if you don’t see these emails in your inbox.

APR (Annual Percentage Rate) is the annual rate charged for borrowing money, expressed as a single percentage number that represents the actual yearly cost of funds over the term of a loan. APR was designed to allow consumers the ability to evaluate a loan product over the course of a full year or 365 days, but we offer small installment loans that are designed to be paid between 10 to 18 months (term of the loan may vary). APR may vary for a number of reasons. Remember, this is an expensive form of borrowing and is not intended to be a long-term financial solution.

Birch Lending uses many factors to determine your loan amount eligibility. The loan amounts we have available for qualified borrowers range from $200 to $3,000. Maximum loan amount is $3,000 for first time customers. Not everyone will qualify for the maximum loan amount.

To update your banking information, contact our Customer Care Team at (833) 742-4724. We request that banking information changes should be submitted at least three business days before your payment due date for the upcoming payment to be processed to the updated banking information provided. If the banking information changes were not submitted within at least three business days prior to your payment due date, the upcoming payment may not be processed to the updated banking information, but all future payments will process to the updated banking information provided.
